Description

  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate records, onboarding requirements, and recruiting pipeline logistics.
  • Support candidate interviews, including screening calls and interview panels.
  • Track driver performance metrics, reports, coaching documentation, and PIP paperwork.
  • Maintain recruiting, training, certification, and personnel documentation according to established naming and storage standards.
  • Monitor shared email queues, prepare driver communications, and route inquiries appropriately.
  • Monitor live Dedicated Driver orders and milestones, proactively identifying discrepancies.
  • Coordinate driver equipment ordering and shipment, including uniforms, badges, and placards.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Training, and Regional Managers to prepare schedules and materials.
  • Escalate documentation gaps, missed deadlines, and inconsistencies to operational leadership.
  • Support training curriculum updates, process improvements, reporting, pay discrepancy investigations, and Salesforce workflows.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or operations support role.
  • Strong attention to detail when managing schedules, records, documentation, and performance data.
  • Experience with Salesforce, an ATS, or an LMS, or willingness to learn these systems.
  • Excellent written communication and ability to summarize data clearly.
  • Reliable, self-directed, and proactive when identifying or communicating issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-time-zone team environment.
  • Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential candidate and personnel information.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across recruiting, training, and performance support.
