Description

  • Coordinate projects and processes to support regulatory and compliance milestones and deliverables.
  • Partner with leadership to implement regulations, support state filings, and complete related projects.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align action plans and process improvements with project goals.
  • Support audit exams, including NCQA, MHPAEA, and state audits.
  • Identify risks and help resolve compliance gaps through regulatory implementation and corrective action plans.
  • Support regulatory requirements, compliance initiatives, UM audits, and other operational projects as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare audits or accreditations supporting NCQA and/or regulatory compliance.
  • 1+ years of professional experience in utilization management, healthcare operations, compliance, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience using Adobe Acrobat and Google Suite or Microsoft Office, including Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, and PowerPoint/Slides.
  • 1+ years of experience collaborating with interdepartmental stakeholders to drive projects.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting state audits and exams (preferred).
  • Experience in ACA marketplace, utilization management, healthcare quality and compliance, or provider data (preferred).
  • Training or experience applying Continuous Process Improvement or Lean Six Sigma principles (preferred).
  • Experience with project coordination or management in a matrixed organization (preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience developing and presenting information and recommendations (preferred).
  • Remote work is available only for candidates residing in Dallas, Texas.
