Description

  • Use demographic and market data to identify out-of-network providers for recruitment based on geography, specialty, and member needs.
  • Execute provider recruiting activities in expansion regions based on population demographics, healthcare needs, and competitor presence.
  • Evaluate prospective providers’ capabilities, workflows, and staffing against access and quality standards.
  • Develop targeted outreach strategies to attract providers in priority specialties and locations.
  • Conduct daily outreach to prospective providers by phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Document outreach activities and maintain provider records in a CRM system.
  • Pitch the network to prospective providers and guide new providers through the onboarding process.
  • Participate in process improvement efforts to improve workflows and provider experience.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in provider healthcare recruiting and contracting.
  • 1+ years of experience in provider relations, provider services, or provider recruiting.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to drive growth and expansion in one or more geographic areas.
  • Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, or Texas.
  • Ability to work remotely from a home office with frequent travel for client meetings.
  • Travel required up to 75%.
  • Experience with CRM systems in a healthcare environment is preferred.
  • Experience in credentialing and credentialing software is preferred.
