Description

  • Identify and analyze key data, market insights, and industry trends to inform product design, launch, and portfolio management decisions.
  • Support product strategy development for on-exchange and employer-subsidized offerings through market research, competitive analysis, and performance insights.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform benefit structures, cost-sharing approaches, and product positioning.
  • Track regulatory, policy, and market developments and assess their potential impact on products.
  • Support population- and segment-based research to understand member and employer needs across portfolios.
  • Assist with execution of product initiatives spanning IFP and employer-subsidized solutions.
  • Develop product artifacts needed for filings, launch readiness, and internal governance.
  • Coordinate inputs across product, market, actuarial, regulatory, and operations teams to ensure alignment and completeness.
  • Track timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Monitor post-launch product performance and develop analyses to identify risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience developing and managing commercial insurance products.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in a quantitative or healthcare field such as Business, Healthcare, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Finance (preferred).
  • 3+ years in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment such as consulting, finance, economics, or business development (preferred).
  • Proven analytical experience translating data into insight and action (preferred).
  • Prior experience in health insurance, especially Individual and/or Small Employer, or in the healthcare industry (preferred).
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, work with large datasets, and distill analyses into actionable business insights (preferred).
  • Structured and systematic thought process with the ability to drive outcomes (preferred).

  • Remote / work-from-home role.
  • Base salary range of $106,812 - $140,190 in New Jersey, New York, and California, or $96,130 - $126,171 in all other listed locations.
  • Eligible for annual performance bonuses.
