Description

  • Build scalable backend services and intuitive user interfaces across the full technology stack.
  • Own features from concept through production delivery.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to support planning, design, coding, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain cloud-native SaaS applications for real-time voice automation.
  • Integrate cognitive AI voice agents and Large Language Models with telephony and SIP applications.
  • Design and consume REST and GraphQL APIs.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases as part of application development.
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment while working independently in a remote setting.
  • Reverse-engineer complex systems and solve technical problems proactively.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience using AI tools for software planning, design, coding, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
  • Solid experience with React, Hooks, state management, and modern frontend ecosystems.
  • Experience building and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
  • Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and distributed systems.
  • Experience developing cloud-native SaaS applications.
  • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices is an advantage.
  • Experience with Azure Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong ownership mentality and problem-solving skills.
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand and reverse-engineer complex systems.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality software.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
