Description

  • Lead stakeholder requirements-gathering sessions and identify business needs.
  • Define the Salesforce system landscape, assess current-to-future-state gaps, and recommend solutions.
  • Create use cases, functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and UI wireframes.
  • Coordinate communication among business, technology, and QA teams and resolve user issues.
  • Lead functional teams in selecting declarative, programmatic, and AppExchange-based solutions.
  • Lead hands-on solution deployments across sandbox and production environments.
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases, product roadmaps, and AppExchange applications.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Sr. Solution Architect, including end-to-end and greenfield implementations.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other business systems using integration tools.
  • Advanced Salesforce configuration, process automation, and implementation experience following Salesforce best practices.
  • Experience directing the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong client-facing skills across all organizational levels.
  • Project management experience in project-based delivery environments.
  • Understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of declarative Salesforce capabilities and when to use Apex and Visualforce.
  • Salesforce certifications are required; willingness to pursue additional certifications.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
