Description

  • Configure and maintain core Salesforce functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder meetings.
  • Build automations using Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Page Layouts.
  • Manage user permissions, data integrity, and overall system hygiene.
  • Troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and support new feature rollouts.
  • Train users and create documentation to improve adoption and usage.
  • Collaborate with developers on more complex customizations or integrations.
  • Partner with stakeholders across departments to align Salesforce solutions with business goals.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience.
  • Strong experience with configuration tools such as Flows, Reports, Dashboards, and Objects.
  • Solid understanding of business analysis methods, including user stories, process maps, and requirements gathering.
  • Experience supporting multiple departments such as Sales, Marketing, or Customer Support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and spoken English at B2+ level or higher.
  • Previous experience working with U.S.-based companies.
  • Must be located in Costa Rica and legally authorized to work there as a citizen, resident, or valid work visa holder.
  • Comfortable working from home with a reliable internet connection.
