Description

  • Lead solution architecture and serve as a trusted technical advisor on Salesforce client engagements.
  • Design complex Salesforce implementations aligned with client goals and long-term technology strategies.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions, solution-design workshops, and architecture discussions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
  • Evaluate solution options and recommend approaches that balance business needs, feasibility, scalability, and cost.
  • Provide technical oversight across the project lifecycle, including risk identification, issue resolution, and quality assurance.
  • Partner with engagement managers, business analysts, developers, and delivery teams to execute projects successfully.
  • Establish architecture standards, design principles, and Salesforce implementation best practices.
  • Lead architecture reviews, mentor technical team members, and act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges.
  • Support pre-sales activities, practice development, and strategic planning for technical capabilities and service offerings.

Requirements

  • Significant Salesforce ecosystem experience in solution architecture, technical architecture, or a comparable architecture leadership role.
  • Experience designing and leading complex Salesforce implementations, preferably in consulting or professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, data architecture, security, automation, scalability, and solution design principles.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into practical, well-designed technical solutions.
  • Experience leading technical project teams and providing architectural direction across cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering with project or engagement management teams to deliver solutions on time and meet client expectations.
  • Ability to evaluate trade-offs, navigate ambiguity, and make sound architectural decisions.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing technical professionals.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, software development lifecycles, and Salesforce delivery best practices.
