Description

  • Design and execute KOL engagement strategies, including relationship development, message alignment, and scientific feedback collection.
  • Serve as the HCP-facing marketing lead to communicate unmet need in alloHSCT and refine positioning and messaging based on KOL input.
  • Plan and execute commercial KOL engagement at major congresses.
  • Leverage KOL insights to inform brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and regional marketing tactics.
  • Lead regional congress strategy, exhibit staffing, strategic sponsorships, and advisory board content and execution.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget.
  • Identify, recruit, coach, and support promotional physician speakers for the bureau.
  • Select and manage vendors, create content, and obtain PRC approval for speaker bureau programs.
  • Identify KOL champions and support scientific education and clinical alignment for commercial center-of-excellence profiling.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Operations to improve launch readiness and execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of related experience with a BA/BS degree in a related discipline; advanced degree preferred (MA, MBA, or PharmD).
  • Extensive experience in hematology/oncology and allogeneic bone marrow transplant sales or marketing.
  • Field-based marketing experience preferred.
  • Clinical fluency in leukemia and/or bone marrow transplant.
  • Academic center account experience.
  • Launch experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, including overnight travel.
  • Preferred experience working in-house at a small or mid-sized biotechnology company.
  • Preferred experience at a company transitioning from clinical stage to commercialization, or in cell therapy or immune-oncology.
