Description

  • Conduct audits of Salesforce records to identify duplicates, missing fields, and inconsistencies.
  • Support data governance efforts to keep Salesforce accurate, clean, and trusted as a system of record.
  • Apply and enforce naming conventions, field standards, and account hierarchies across advertiser and publisher records.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that track data hygiene, completeness, and standards adoption.
  • Document CRM workflows, field definitions, and data governance best practices.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to resolve data discrepancies and support reporting needs.
  • Assist with ad-hoc requests related to pipeline visibility, attribution, and performance tracking.
  • Support the design, testing, and rollout of Salesforce enhancements such as validation rules, automation, and field updates.
  • Contribute to initiatives that improve upstream data capture and reduce manual effort through better system design.

Requirements

  • Exposure to Salesforce through coursework, an internship, or self-learning such as Trailhead.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and learning new systems quickly.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Interest in CRM systems, AdTech, SaaS, or go-to-market strategy.
  • Salesforce Trailhead completion or certifications preferred.
  • Systems-oriented mindset with interest in how tools, data, and processes connect across a business.
  • Collaborative approach to working across teams.
  • Ownership mindset and willingness to take initiative to improve systems and workflows.
