Description

  • Design core experiences used by restaurants, partners, and internal teams, including onboarding, reporting, security, APIs, and partner tools.
  • Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver practical, scalable solutions.
  • Champion product concepts that balance customer needs with business goals.
  • Plan and facilitate research with restaurant owners and staff to understand their needs.
  • Translate research findings into actionable design direction and evidence-based solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on design direction and workflow decisions.
  • Break down design work into measurable outcomes while advocating for the user.
  • Contribute to a design process that improves and speeds up outcomes, including through the use of AI in workflows.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product design.
  • Experience designing for web and a portfolio that demonstrates a breadth of product design work.
  • Experience designing B2B experiences or solving highly complex workflows.
  • Experience leading and facilitating workshops with cross-functional partners.
  • Experience leading end-to-end user research, including planning, facilitation, and synthesis.
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and self-direct to meet commitments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools.
  • Previous experience with onboarding is a plus.
  • Experience incorporating AI into workflows to improve design process and outcomes is a plus.
  • Strong curiosity, willingness to learn from others, and openness to feedback.
