Description

  • Work on projects from start to finish, collaborating across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation.
  • Develop conceptual and integrated design for web, ecommerce, social content, digital marketing, and digital/social advertising.
  • Define the look and feel for a variety of digital design projects.
  • Implement existing brand guidelines and templates across client projects.
  • Produce design concepts through to final artwork stage for multiple outputs.
  • Present work internally and to clients, and manage workloads within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain a fast-paced, responsive workflow across multiple projects and brands.
  • Stay up to date with current design trends and best practices for ecommerce, social assets, and mobile-first content.
  • Take creative briefs from clients and account teams and own quality across allocated jobs, including client liaison.

Requirements

  • Experience working in an advertising agency or design firm.
  • A strong portfolio showing digital and moving image work.
  • Experience working with FMCG or health brands.
  • Social and video design experience is a plus.
  • A Visual Arts BS/BA degree is a plus.
  • A portfolio demonstrating ideas from concept through execution.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and ideas generation.
  • Excellent grasp of Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Sketch, and related prototyping tools.
  • Solid understanding of graphic design and web technologies.
  • Ability to work under direction and use initiative.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Willingness to accept feedback and iterate in a highly collaborative, low-ego team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and personal responsibility for quality control, presentation, and accuracy.
  • Passion for digital trends and interaction/animation design.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and ambition.
