Description

  • Identify, target, and develop enterprise prospects within an assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives.
  • Prospect new business opportunities and manage a healthy pipeline in Salesforce CRM.
  • Manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct research and discovery to understand client business needs.
  • Lead product demonstrations and present customized solutions to prospects.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with enterprise clients, including multi-location restaurant groups.
  • Collaborate with marketing, account management, and business development on account-based growth strategies and client expansion.
  • Support client onboarding, account expansion, and ongoing consultative relationships.
  • Represent OpenTable at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience selling to enterprise clients, preferably in enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Proven success exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to create win-win outcomes.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong in problem-solving.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% for client meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Franchise or eatertainment experience preferred but not required.
