Description

  • Lead the full sales cycle from qualification and introduction through closing and handoff to customer service.
  • Drive net-new logo acquisition and expand revenue to achieve annual quota goals.
  • Manage and project-coordinate RFPs between the sales and proposal teams.
  • Lead discovery calls and deliver customized presentations for prospective clients.
  • Represent and sell specific products and reporting solutions, including ROI, utilization, and geo-access/network reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders such as BDRs, brokers, consultants, resellers, and strategic alliance partners.
  • Use sales tools, market-facing presentations, and internal enablement resources to support the sales process.
  • Attend conferences and represent the company at customer and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
  • Continue contributing to pipeline generation from self-sourced and partner-driven channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • BDR experience prior to AE experience preferred, or relevant prospecting experience.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms.
  • Strong working knowledge of the benefits and/or mental health and wellness space preferred.
  • Client-facing experience with mid-to-large-size clients.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the year for conferences and customer meetings if required.
  • Proactive approach to customer engagements.
  • Self-starter with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
