Description

  • Work closely with restaurant customers to increase product and feature adoption and improve online availability.
  • Build trusted advisory relationships that support ongoing customer retention.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of OpenTable products and services.
  • Proactively apply company strategies to maximize impact with customers.
  • Share and implement best practices with the sales and restaurant relations team.
  • Maintain a high level of customer visibility through frequent in-person field visits.
  • Stay current on organizational changes, initiatives, and company vision.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and key internal stakeholders.
  • Engage proactively with local restaurant customers and address obstacles constructively.

Requirements

  • Remote-based in Bangkok, Thailand with up to 60% domestic travel.
  • Restaurant management and/or sales experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Passion for hospitality and technology.
  • Curious, humble, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to influence decisions and use data to guide actions.
  • Self-motivated with resilience to work toward ambitious expectations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Comfort working in an unstructured and forward-thinking environment.
  • Team-oriented, empathetic, and collaborative approach.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Salesforce CRM.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Thai.
