Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for an elite portfolio of hotel groups and strategic hotel accounts across EMEA.
  • Manage high-value client relationships after initial sale and installation to drive deep utilization of OpenTable solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly retention and revenue goals across the assigned portfolio.
  • Protect core revenue while identifying and closing upgrade and add-on sales opportunities.
  • Ensure customer success through proactive follow-ups, account optimization, and ongoing support for hotel clients.
  • Document client communications and activities in Salesforce and report account health and KPI progress to senior leadership.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of OpenTable’s solutions, including table management platforms and online marketing tools.
  • Consult with C-suite stakeholders to align OpenTable technology with business goals and solve operational challenges.
  • Share market feedback with Product and Marketing teams to influence roadmap priorities and feature requirements.
  • Support Hotels Account Executives and Inside Sales Representatives to ensure smooth handoff from signed to live and accelerate revenue recognition.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management or equivalent experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or high-growth hospitality technology environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
  • Comfort with AI fluency and applying it in a professional setting.
  • Outstanding negotiating and communication skills.
  • Business-fluent German is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to make data-driven business decisions and use insights and industry trends to reframe client perspectives.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, meet ambitious goals, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Availability for 30-50% travel depending on location across the EMEA region.
  • Genuine passion for the hospitality industry and technology; prior restaurant management or F&B sales experience is a significant plus.
