Description

  • Lead customer onboarding end-to-end from kickoff through go-live.
  • Configure OpenCX to match each customer's workflow and operational needs.
  • Integrate OpenCX with customer tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, and HubSpot.
  • Train customer teams on the platform and support successful adoption.
  • Debug and troubleshoot implementation issues, including third-party integrations.
  • Collaborate with Customer Engineering and Product teams to share feedback and influence improvements.
  • Develop deep expertise in the platform, including AI agents and prompt iteration, to advise customers effectively.
  • Document recurring implementation patterns to improve internal knowledge and customer resources.

Requirements

  • Previous experience leading customer implementations, onboardings, or technical projects in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with APIs, integrations, and configuration tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, and HubSpot.
  • Hands-on experience with AI agents and prompt engineering, or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to keep multiple implementations on track and on time.
  • Excellent English communication skills, including clear writing and confident speaking on video calls with enterprise stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment that prioritizes speed and customer impact.
  • Comfort working remotely with customers across multiple global time zones.
