Description

  • Provide consultative, customer-facing support for NICE product implementations and related contact center ecosystem topics.
  • Configure NICE products based on best practices and customer requirements.
  • Manage customer expectations, satisfaction, and engagement success throughout projects.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental activities within NiCE to support delivery.
  • Track time, status, and project progress in NiCE systems.
  • Provide technical configuration, and in some cases programming, as required.
  • Develop process, data, and object models across application and database environments.
  • Design, develop, enhance, and coordinate changes to databases and existing applications.
  • Lead technical architecture analysis, design, development, and enhancement efforts.
  • Serve in a project manager capacity for end-to-end system lifecycle delivery of small to large projects.
  • Develop costing proposals, perform risk analysis, and manage change control.
  • Perform business analysis, business area assessment, user needs analysis, and business systems design.
  • Prepare cost/benefit analyses and business cases for projects.
  • Mentor, coach, and supervise junior staff or subcontracted personnel on project teams.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in a technical field such as CS, IS, or EE, or a business field such as Marketing or MIS, or equivalent work experience.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years of professional experience beyond the education requirement.
  • Broad skills in both technology and analysis for the Implementation specialization.
  • Experience communicating at both technical and functional levels while maintaining business rapport.
  • Deep business analysis and call center operations knowledge for the Business Optimization specialization.
  • Experience with KPIs and best practices of call center operations is preferred for relevant roles.
  • Professional and confident public presence for Education & Enablement specialization.
  • Experience commanding large audiences as a trainer and/or speaker for Education & Enablement specialization.
  • Deep technical expertise in software engineering, programming languages, integration, and/or databases for Engineering Services specialization.
  • Analytical, inquisitive, service-oriented, team-oriented, friendly, and an early adopter mindset.
  • Prior consulting experience is a bonus.
  • Prior contact center experience is a bonus.
