Description

  • Monitor the incident queue and resolve client-reported and system-detected incidents in a timely manner.
  • Escalate support incidents when appropriate and support Lead Analysts as requested.
  • Determine root cause, document resolutions, and create training materials as needed.
  • Identify proactive opportunities and implement preventative measures to reduce recurring issues.
  • Provide clear and concise documentation for incidents, resolutions, and process improvements.
  • Coach, train, and mentor other analysts on the team.
  • Continue learning new skills and stay current with industry technology.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation that includes nights and weekends.
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to answer questions about system capabilities and support issue resolution.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience with JDA/Blue Yonder WMS/LMS configuration and custom development.
  • 3-5 years of experience with JDA/Blue Yonder development tools, including MOCA tracing, MOCA components, JDA database, Integrator, and Reporting.
  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent preferred.
  • Working knowledge of warehouse operations.
  • Experience with SQL and writing complex queries preferred.
  • Experience with MS Windows operating systems preferred.
  • Experience with virtual machines preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with technical, business, and management stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build cohesive working relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Highly developed organization, analytical, and prioritization skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and able to travel up to 10% by airplane and/or car, including overnights.
