Description

  • Design, build, maintain, and enhance production-grade native Android applications using Kotlin.
  • Translate technical requirements into scalable solutions with architects and engineering managers.
  • Apply Android architecture, software design patterns, and engineering best practices.
  • Integrate applications with APIs, SDKs, cloud services, external platforms, and third-party SDKs.
  • Implement automated testing and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Android delivery.
  • Work with AWS services and cloud-native architectures supporting mobile applications.
  • Troubleshoot issues across development, staging, and production environments.
  • Collaborate with customer engineering teams and communicate technical decisions, risks, progress, and trade-offs.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Optimize mobile application user experiences, including tracking, attribution, deep linking, and customer journeys.

Requirements

  • Strong professional experience developing and supporting production native Android applications.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Kotlin and Android application architecture.
  • Experience with software design patterns, application lifecycles, APIs, and service integrations.
  • Experience integrating mobile applications with backend systems, cloud services, and SDKs.
  • Strong experience with AWS cloud environments and services.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, delivery automation, testing, and quality practices.
  • Experience troubleshooting production applications and writing, reviewing, and deploying production-quality code.
  • Experience working in Agile software development environments and participating in code reviews.
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills and ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills; Java, Firebase, AppsFlyer, deep linking, attribution, CDP, React, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, generative AI, and UI/UX experience are preferred.
