Description

  • Own complex mobile features and projects from concept through delivery.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decisions.
  • Lead code reviews and maintain engineering quality standards.
  • Partner with Product and stakeholders to refine requirements and align solutions with business goals.
  • Design and contribute to reliable, scalable distributed systems and shared APIs.
  • Improve performance, resilience, technical debt, development processes, and tooling.
  • Monitor production services and diagnose and resolve critical issues.
  • Maintain testing, deployment, and delivery-pipeline standards, including automation.
  • Use Claude Code and participate in AI-focused engineering training.
  • Participate in team on-call responsibilities and contribute to knowledge-sharing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on native mobile development.
  • Advanced proficiency in native Android development with Kotlin.
  • Experience independently designing and implementing complex algorithms and architectures.
  • Hands-on experience managing and improving CI/CD processes with tools such as GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, emphasizing automated testing and deployment.
  • Leadership experience mentoring engineers, leading technical discussions, and collaborating across teams.
  • Experience with production monitoring, performance optimization, technical debt management, and scalable system design.
