Description

  • Take ownership of the full application stack, including API, UI, CI/CD, and hosting.
  • Maintain, optimize, and scale the existing MVP across NestJS, Mongoose, MongoDB, Redis, Vue, and Tanstack.
  • Modernize the platform with cost-conscious, scalable solutions such as Vercel, Supabase, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with founders to prioritize work, deliver new features, and improve product performance.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement fixes to improve speed, scalability, and reliability.
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and infrastructure with Terraform.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate development and improve product capabilities.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with NestJS and Mongoose/MongoDB.
  • Solid front-end experience with Vue and Tanstack.
  • Familiarity with Redis, GitHub Actions, and cloud hosting such as AWS Beanstalk.
  • Experience with Vercel and backend services like Supabase is highly desirable.
  • Ability to understand the full product stack and take ownership of components.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and performance.
  • Comfort working closely with founders in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Experience making thoughtful technology trade-offs in cost-conscious environments.
  • Exposure to AI-driven product enhancements is a plus.
  • Experience modernizing legacy systems or MVPs for scalability is a plus.
  • Startup or early-stage company experience is a plus.
