Description

  • Own discovery, specification, design, engineering, QA, documentation, deployment, and continuous improvement for an assigned product domain.
  • Direct and review AI agents across product delivery disciplines while maintaining control over output quality.
  • Deliver fully tested, documented, and operationally stable production releases on a continuous cadence.
  • Validate production releases within one hour, monitor deployment health, detect regressions, and initiate rollbacks when necessary.
  • Govern release readiness, cross-environment testing, rollback preparation, and deployment quality metrics.
  • Evaluate customer workflows for usability, clarity, completeness, and operational readiness.
  • Maintain accurate user, API, and operational documentation alongside every feature release.
  • Communicate delivery forecasts, risks, blockers, scope changes, and post-deployment status proactively.
  • Prioritize domain improvements using customer feedback, support data, UX findings, analytics, and business impact.
  • Connect technical decisions to user satisfaction, feature adoption, support reduction, and broader business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently ship production-grade products end to end.
  • Experience spanning at least two of software engineering, product management, UX design, or QA.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and reviewing AI-generated output for production quality.
  • Experience with post-deployment validation, regression management, incident response, and deployment monitoring.
  • Experience evaluating and improving customer-facing workflows and UX quality.
  • Experience in agile, high-velocity, quality-first delivery environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field required; master’s degree preferred.
  • CSPO or equivalent product management certification required.
  • Advanced written and spoken English required; database performance knowledge and EdTech or SaaS experience preferred.
