Ooma has expanded its offerings through strategic acquisitions, including Voxter, Broadsmart, and OnSIP, enhancing its cloud communications capabilities. With a focus on recurring revenue, Ooma targets both individual consumers and small to medium-sized businesses, providing affordable and efficient telephony solutions.
