Description

  • Own day-to-day myTuesday operations, including device deployment, replacements, returns, inventory, and vendor-managed workflows.
  • Manage key vendor relationships, monitor performance, resolve issues, and maintain partner accountability.
  • Translate program goals into operating plans, processes, and measurable actions with Product and Operations teams.
  • Forecast inventory, utilization, and patient demand to address capacity risks and support program growth.
  • Track program health metrics, including patient adoption, utilization, inventory, vendor performance, and operational effectiveness.
  • Analyze program data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Standardize, document, and automate operational workflows where appropriate.
  • Drive operational readiness for program changes and expansion across teams, vendors, processes, and resources.
  • Identify process gaps and coordinate cross-functional resolution of operational issues.
  • Assist patients with device setup and troubleshooting and use feedback to improve operations and patient experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in program management, business operations, product operations, healthcare operations, project management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage programs, processes, or operational workstreams from planning through execution.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including managing priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive issues through resolution.
  • Ability to use data and reporting to evaluate performance, identify trends, and inform decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal teams, vendors, and patients.
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to proactively drive work forward.
  • Comfort with technology and helping others resolve technical issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Healthcare, digital health, healthcare technology, or technology-enabled services experience preferred.
  • Remote work capability, with preference for candidates in Eastern or Central time zones.
