Description

  • Plan and own the content funnel from traffic acquisition through conversion to sustained business results.
  • Create, publish, measure, and continuously improve content across landing pages, product pages, articles, tutorials, comparison pages, and email campaigns.
  • Source insights and content from product, development, support, and customer-facing teams to turn internal expertise into unique content.
  • Use SEO, GEO, analytics, AI-search visibility, customer research, and business metrics to guide content decisions.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and run experiments to improve content outcomes.
  • Build repeatable systems for content production, optimization, measurement, and iteration.
  • Take ownership of the business results generated by content, not just the volume of content produced.
  • Design and operate AI-native content workflows, including agents, validation steps, and multi-step research and production pipelines.
  • Work across the technical content stack, including HTML semantics, structured data, GEO, and AI-search visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to diagnose and improve how content is read, interpreted, and cited by LLMs.

Requirements

  • Experience in a product IT company with demonstrable measurable business impact from content.
  • Proven ownership of content performance, not just content creation.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with SEO, GEO, analytics, experimentation, and content optimization.
  • Ability to show specific examples of how content influenced traffic, conversions, adoption, retention, or revenue.
  • Daily hands-on use of advanced AI workflows, with the ability to explain how they operate in detail.
  • Experience with advanced AI tools and workflows such as Claude skills, MCP integrations, Claude Code, evaluation loops, and multi-step research/content pipelines.
  • Comfort building systems, testing ideas, and improving processes without waiting for perfect structure.
  • Strong ownership mindset with accountability for business outcomes.
  • Technical comfort working with HTML semantics, structured data, GEO, and AI-search visibility.
  • Ability to work closely with developers; software engineering experience is not required.
