Description

  • Coordinate and support growth marketing initiatives, campaigns, communications, and related program tasks.
  • Monitor marketing performance using data analysis and user feedback to assess campaign effectiveness and user experience.
  • Track competitor updates and community feedback to inform growth and marketing efforts.
  • Translate product features into educational content such as blog posts, emails, video scripts, and social posts.
  • Maintain tutorial content so new product updates are reflected promptly.
  • Help prepare and execute educational campaigns, including webinars and community events.
  • Work with stakeholders across different time zones to support cross-functional coordination.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Requirements

  • Current university student or recent graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical instincts and comfort working with data, even without a deep technical background.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and writing skills.
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin proficiency required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong interest in crypto, blockchain technology, and the Binance ecosystem is desirable.
  • Previous experience in a startup or marketing agency is a plus.
  • Minimum commitment of 4 days per week for a 6-month internship.
  • Proficiency with Excel (Pivot, Vlookup), Google Sheets, or other data analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to build workflows and improve personal productivity.
  • Immediate knowledge of digital marketing areas such as growth campaign management, content writing, SEO, paid ads, and PR is a bonus.
