Description

  • Lead the technical aspects of customer implementations from requirements gathering through completion.
  • Collect and translate business requirements into configured workflows, user interfaces, security profiles, and reports.
  • Support delivery and implementation services as needed across customer engagements.
  • Interact directly with customers, including enterprise and Fortune 500 accounts, to solve technical and operational issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues in a fast-paced support environment.
  • Train customers and deliver product demonstrations as part of implementation work.
  • Assist colleagues and contribute individually and as part of a multifaceted technology team.
  • Work end-to-end on projects with minimal oversight and direction.
  • Support platform solutions that involve low-code configuration and basic coding elements.
  • Handle multiple projects, prioritize work effectively, and manage tasks across engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or a similar discipline preferred.
  • 2–4 years of related application support or software implementation experience preferred.
  • Relational database experience, including designing database schemas and working with multiple tables.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Basic proficiency in SQL and any programming language.
  • General understanding of programming fundamentals.
  • Ability to quickly understand business requirements and customer expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with integrations is a plus.
  • Experience with business process automation or management tools is a plus.
  • Liquid templating language experience is a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite and documentation proficiency.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize across several projects simultaneously.
