Description

  • Work closely with the sales and business development teams to identify and develop product opportunities.
  • Engage with customers and prospects to qualify leads and define solution requirements.
  • Lead techno-functional discussions during pre-sales interactions and capture customer requirements clearly.
  • Own the full pre-sales cycle, including requirement scoping, product fitment, solution design, and technical proposal creation.
  • Draft solution scope documents and coordinate handoff of requirements to the delivery and product teams for estimation and implementation.
  • Create product demo scripts and scenarios and coordinate product demos and workshops.
  • Manage and execute the full bidding process for RFIs and RFPs.
  • Develop statements of work and other required contractual documents.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, product, and support teams to support successful pre-sales outcomes.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Russian and English is required.
  • Strong self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
  • Creative problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Excellent follow-up skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • Ability to prepare SWOT analyses and position products against competitors across different geographies.
  • Good knowledge of global real-time, rails, retail payments, and the broader payments landscape.
  • Fair understanding of real-time payments, PSD2, Open Banking, Payment Hub, SWIFT, and SEPA.
  • Knowledge of the African payments landscape, especially Francophone Africa, is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience creating PowerPoint presentations, documents, and analytical reports.
  • Ability to initiate conversations, influence others, and make a strong professional impact.
  • Must stay current on market developments in the payments domain and relevant geographies.
