Description

  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients to serve as a trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Onit’s footprint within current accounts by introducing additional products and services.
  • Own the deal lifecycle across a defined portfolio of capital markets clients and prospects, from initial engagement through contract finalization.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities through research, targeted outreach, and stakeholder identification.
  • Work closely with Client Success to support adoption of Onit’s solutions and new offerings.
  • Partner with clients to understand investment operations, legal workflows, and portfolio dynamics and recommend solutions that improve ROI and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop capital markets case studies, customer testimonials, and thought leadership.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including contacts, pipeline, forecasts, and activity logs.
  • Represent Onit at industry events to build visibility, network with executives, and generate new relationships.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience with a proven record of exceeding annual targets.
  • Proven success growing existing client relationships and driving upsell opportunities.
  • Experience selling legal technology, workflow automation, or enterprise software into financial services or capital markets firms required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and close.
  • Proven ability to build executive-level relationships with General Counsel, COO, CFO, and deal team leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for pipeline management and prospect engagement.
  • Self-directed, disciplined, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.

  • $80,000 base salary and $160,000 total OTE, including $80,000 commission.
