Description

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software implementation projects.
  • Manage Agile project delivery, including sprints, stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, providing project updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Product, and other internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, and change requests.
  • Identify, mitigate, and develop contingency plans for project risks and challenges.
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, documentation, and stakeholder status reports.
  • Coordinate team resources, performance, and alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and implement process improvements.
  • Support the delivery of client training materials to drive software adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience in professional services, software implementation, or consulting for SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience leading Agile software implementation projects using Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Agile principles, frameworks, and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and modern implementation methodologies.
  • Understanding of software implementation lifecycles, including system integration, customization, and deployment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, timelines, resources, and project risks.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and technical teams to deliver software solutions.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
