Description

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of software implementation projects.
  • Apply Agile practices to manage deliverables, sprints, and team progress.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Product, and other internal teams to deliver client requirements.
  • Identify project risks and challenges early and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, plans, and status reports.
  • Manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, and scope changes with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor team alignment, performance, and resource utilization to keep projects on track.
  • Promote continuous improvement by evaluating outcomes and improving processes.
  • Support the creation and delivery of client training materials to drive adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience in professional services, software implementation, or consulting in a SaaS or cloud-based environment.
  • Proven experience managing Agile software implementation projects using Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with software implementation lifecycles, including system integration, customization, and deployment.
  • Understanding of modern implementation methodologies such as DevOps and CI/CD.
  • Experience with Agile principles, frameworks, and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address project challenges proactively.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 50%.

  • $120,000 - $145,000 annual salary.
