Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of mid-to-large-scale projects aligned with business goals and operational timelines.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
  • Facilitate project and steering committee meetings, communicate progress, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Identify, coordinate, and proactively mitigate project dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Partner with business and IT teams to translate logistics and operational requirements into actionable deliverables.
  • Coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders to support seamless project execution.
  • Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, SharePoint repositories, meeting agendas and minutes, and status reports.
  • Build Smartsheet project dashboards that roll up to portfolio management.
  • Contribute to PMO process improvements, standards, and templates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of demonstrable project management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • PMP certification.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating, managing, and supporting project delivery, preferably in service supply chain logistics or a related industry.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional or enterprise-level projects across multiple teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies, including hybrid project environments.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools including Smartsheet, Jira, Power BI, and Microsoft Project.
  • Current and continuing authorization to work in the United States without restrictions or expiration.
