Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of mid-to-large scale projects aligned to business goals and operational timelines.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
  • Facilitate project and steering committee meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate dependencies, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Partner with business and IT teams to translate logistics and operational requirements into deliverables.
  • Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to support seamless project execution.
  • Maintain project documentation, including RAID logs, SharePoint repositories, agendas, minutes, and status reports.
  • Contribute to PMO process improvements, standards, and templates.
  • Build and manage project dashboards in Smartsheet that roll up to portfolio management.
  • Support delivery using Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methods in hybrid project environments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of demonstrable project management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating, managing, and supporting project delivery, preferably in service supply chain logistics or related industries.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional or enterprise-level projects across multiple teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and traditional Waterfall methodologies.
  • PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification preferred.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • High proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Power BI, and MS Project.
  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without restrictions or expirations.
