Description

  • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Define project requirements and success criteria with internal experts and customers.
  • Organize project information and communications to keep teams focused on delivery.
  • Guide customers through manufacturing digital transformations with operational expertise and thought leadership.
  • Manage technical project details and escalate issues when needed.
  • Scope and quote customer projects.
  • Contribute to internal process development and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with customers, technical teams, sales, and partners.
  • Travel up to 25% as required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management, manufacturing or production operations, management consulting, customer success operations, or an equivalent field.
  • Experience working with manufacturing operations.
  • Experience managing multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop project plans with owners and timelines across customer, partner, and internal teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including meeting facilitation and executive-level presentations.
  • Ability to prioritize in ambiguous situations, identify risks, and mitigate them.
  • Understanding of the business impact of operational improvements.
  • Comfort working with digital tools and adopting AI-assisted workflows.
  • Experience with AI-assisted project tools, knowledge-management tools, or automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, Copilot, or Claude (preferred).
  • Lean/Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum, PMP, or life sciences manufacturing experience (preferred).
