Description

  • Own strategy and roadmap for a major product area or cross-product initiative aligned to company and portfolio goals.
  • Translate company vision into product direction and identify opportunities for differentiation, growth, and customer value.
  • Drive multi-quarter to multi-year planning across innovation, scalability, and customer needs.
  • Develop deep expertise in legal operations, enterprise SaaS, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Monitor market trends such as agentic AI, automation, and legal workflow intelligence and turn them into product opportunities.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle for complex initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • Define product requirements and ensure alignment across engineering, design, and stakeholders.
  • Establish prioritization frameworks that balance impact, feasibility, and strategic fit.
  • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive alignment and delivery.
  • Partner with GTM teams on positioning, packaging, and product launches.
  • Engage customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to validate problems and solutions.
  • Define and own success metrics tied to adoption, retention, ARR growth, and workflow efficiency.
  • Work with engineering and architecture teams on scalable platform capabilities, AI/ML integration, and system design tradeoffs.
  • Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, compliance, and performance.
  • Mentor other product managers and help elevate product management practices across teams.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Experience with case management or practice management software, legal operations concepts and use cases, or legal technology.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering complex, high-impact products or platforms.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Deep experience in product discovery, roadmap planning, and agile execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive prioritization and measure success.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in legal tech, legal operations, or adjacent enterprise workflow domains is preferred.
  • Experience with AI/ML-powered products, automation, or data-driven platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS metrics, pricing/packaging, and customer lifecycle management is preferred.
  • Experience working across multiple product lines or platform ecosystems is preferred.

  • $171,000–$200,000 base salary annually.
  • 10% annual bonus eligibility.
