Description

Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the fixed-wing drone portfolio in partnership with leadership.
Collaborate with Growth, Engineering, and Manufacturing to align product decisions and drive execution.
Lead Integrated Product Teams and coordinate priorities across functional groups.
Manage IRAD budget allocation, tracking, and product financial planning.
Identify, assess, and mitigate product-level risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
Prioritize features, capabilities, and trade-offs based on customer needs and strategic objectives.
Maintain the product catalog and product maturity process across the TRS product line.
Deliver products from development to production readiness and support sustained production.
Consolidate schedules, remove blockers, and drive accountability across stakeholders and teams.
Provide regular product updates and serve as the central point of contact for product-related coordination.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in product management, program management, or related roles in aerospace/defense.
Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary hardware products through the full lifecycle.
Strong understanding of engineering development processes and manufacturing operations.
Experience with DoD contracts and government customer interfaces.
Ability to influence decisions across cross-functional organizations without direct authority.
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders.
Experience managing budgets and financial planning for product lines.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
Experience with unmanned aerial systems or autonomous platforms (preferred).
Background in manufacturing process development or production scale-up (preferred).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet (preferred).
MBA or an advanced technical degree (preferred).
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth technology companies (preferred).
Knowledge of additive manufacturing, composites, or advanced materials (preferred).

Benefits

Competitive base salary of $191,000 to $253,000 USD.
