Description

  • Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps and project schedules based on client priorities, backlogs, and future initiatives.
  • Lead project execution across macro roadmaps and individual projects using established processes and tools.
  • Negotiate and manage project scope, align team members, and remove obstacles to maintain momentum.
  • Forecast, track, and manage project budgets, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Ensure deliverables meet OneSix quality standards and follow brand standards and templates.
  • Plan and manage internal and external project communications with clear, actionable updates.
  • Identify, prioritize, mitigate, and escalate project risks and issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve scope and budget issues and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Translate client business needs and goals to the internal team and advocate for those needs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build client relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and support scoping, estimation, and proposals for new work.

Requirements

  • Proven track record delivering multiple multi-phase software implementation projects ranging from $400K to over $1M.
  • Experience applying agile or waterfall principles while managing budget, timeline, scope, and resource constraints.
  • Experience in a professional services environment such as a consulting firm or agency is highly desirable.
  • Background in data and analytics projects, including data strategy, data lake or warehouse implementation, and ETL design/build, is a plus.
  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous engagements with delivery teams of 2-4+ FTEs across Time & Materials, Fixed Fee, Project, Retainer, and Managed Services models.
  • Ability to manage both external and internal clients, with strong senior-level stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong sense of urgency, proactive project management approach, and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills for collaborative environments.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project management principles, methods, and techniques, plus familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project or a similar tool and the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Scrum Master certification and experience with JIRA, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
  • Ability to work CST hours.
  • Remote location flexibility.
