Description

  • Own the end-to-end project lifecycle for Saviynt platform implementations from initiation through go-live.
  • Manage scope, statements of work, work breakdown structures, and formal change control processes.
  • Define, track, and deliver critical time-to-value project milestones.
  • Support customer success managers with communication around updates, patches, and fixes.
  • Report on the status of federal compliance and security initiatives tied to Saviynt offerings.
  • Track and report operational and financial metrics for the Expert Services team.
  • Develop and manage operational initiatives that improve team processes and tactical results.
  • Monitor project risks and ensure delivery aligns with NIST SP 800-53, FISMA, and FedRAMP requirements.
  • Collaborate with agency stakeholders and technical architects to support Authority to Operate (ATO) artifacts and processes.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for federal executives, IAM leaders, and contracting officers, while coordinating cross-functional delivery teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Master’s degree in a technical or public policy discipline, an MBA, or relevant experience preferred.
  • 7+ years of dedicated IT project management experience.
  • 3–5 years of direct experience managing technical delivery within the U.S. Federal Government, Department of Defense, or Federal System Integrator environments.
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in professional services, technical consulting, or team leadership, with substantial post-sales customer engagement experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and delivering complex technical projects within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Experience managing projects in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), or Zero Trust domains is highly preferred.
  • PMP or PMI-ACP certification is strongly preferred.
  • Active Federal Public Trust, Secret, or Top Secret clearance, or the ability to immediately clear a background investigation, is required.
  • Deep familiarity with federal procurement processes and contract types such as Firm-Fixed-Price and T&M.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage conflicting stakeholder priorities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
  • U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
