Description

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end member engagement and activation roadmap across login, registration, onboarding, identity flows, member home, and profile management.
  • Build frictionless product experiences that improve registration, order initiation, and exam completion rates.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to improve funnel performance from first touch through order completion.
  • Partner with Marketing and Growth to improve messaging, personalization, and acquisition-to-activation handoffs.
  • Work with Engineering, Design, and Data to define requirements and ship high-quality product experiences.
  • Use analytics tools and SQL to identify funnel friction, generate insights, and improve engagement and retention.
  • Contribute to scheduling and payments-related product enhancements that reduce drop-off in the member journey.
  • Present roadmap progress, experiment results, and engagement insights to leadership.
  • Align stakeholders across Marketing, Growth, Member Services, Provider Ops, and Operations on priorities and roadmap decisions.
  • Run research, usability sessions, and journey mapping to represent the voice of the member.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of product management experience, ideally in growth, consumer engagement, or funnel optimization.
  • Proven ability to improve registration, activation, conversion, and completion metrics through experimentation and data-driven decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or GA.
  • Strong background in A/B testing, hypothesis design, statistical thinking, and rapid iteration.
  • Experience identifying friction in identity, onboarding, login/registration, and engagement flows and turning it into prioritized product work.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to influence cross-functional partners.
  • Experience with scheduling, appointment booking, or payments flows is a plus.
  • Strong consumer instincts and a passion for simple, elegant, low-friction product experiences.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with a bias toward action and collaboration.

  • Base salary range of $120,000–$150,000.
