Description

  • Manage inbound member communications across phone, text message, email, and chat.
  • Answer member and partner questions accurately and guide them through the One Imaging process.
  • Support exam scheduling by coordinating with referring providers as needed.
  • Use available resources, notes, and critical thinking to resolve member issues promptly and professionally.
  • Handle objections, clarify next steps, and help members move forward confidently.
  • Provide empathetic, clear, and professional support that builds trust and reduces friction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate information and seamless handoffs.
  • Follow up with members to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
  • Meet weekly and monthly team targets for call volume, time to answer, average handle time, member satisfaction, and retrieval completions.

Requirements

  • C2-level English proficiency with precise and professional communication.
  • 2+ years of experience in inbound calling, call center, or customer service/support roles.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, empathetic phone manner.
  • Ability to listen, build trust, and handle objections with resilience and positivity.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage high volume and follow-ups.
  • Comfort working with CRMs, call platforms, and messaging tools.
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
