Description

Own user-facing product strategy for the Ondo Finance App across the full growth funnel.
Identify and build product-led growth loops, referral mechanisms, onboarding flows, and user entry points.
Design and optimize the end-to-end onboarding experience from first visit to first meaningful transaction.
Build features and feedback loops that improve retention, engagement, and user understanding of Ondo’s products.
Map and continuously improve user journeys across all products surfaced in the unified platform.
Drive a structured A/B testing and experimentation program, including success metrics and analytics.
Own growth analytics in partnership with data and engineering teams.
Collaborate with product line PMs to align growth initiatives across multiple product surfaces.
Work across product, design, engineering, and marketing to create high-quality user journeys.

Requirements

4–7+ years of product management experience with a focus on consumer-facing or growth products.
Experience in fintech, crypto, or financial products, especially real-world assets, trading, or investment platforms.
Personal experience using financial products similar to the company’s offerings.
Proven track record of improving acquisition, activation, and/or retention metrics at scale.
Strong product instincts with a deep focus on user experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including PRD writing and presenting to engineers and leadership.
Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience defining KPIs, running experiments, and translating data into product decisions.
US-hours based availability, preferred given the current team structure.
Familiarity with on-chain or Web3 onboarding challenges such as wallet setup and KYC flows (nice to have).
Experience working on a unified platform serving multiple financial product lines (nice to have).
Prior exposure to developer-facing or API-adjacent products (nice to have).
