Description

  • Lead technical discovery with prospective customers to understand challenges and shape solutions.
  • Architect and deliver product demonstrations that align platform capabilities to customer business goals.
  • Own enterprise onboarding and implementation projects across ATS, HRIS, payroll, and compliance systems.
  • Manage multi-month implementation timelines, stakeholders, and successful go-live outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for strategic accounts and handle escalations proactively.
  • Build custom integrations using Workato, APIs, and webhooks, including proof-of-concepts and production integrations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to surface product gaps and influence roadmap priorities.
  • Document runbooks, integration guides, and best practices to help scale implementation and support processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing enterprise integrations between complex systems.
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as support engineering, pre-sales consulting, solutions architecture, consulting, or customer success.
  • Experience building production workflows in Workato, Zapier, or similar iPaaS tools.
  • Ability to understand APIs and databases and troubleshoot issues using tools like Datadog.
  • Ability to diagnose webhook failures, rate limits, and data flow problems.
  • Comfort working in compliance-driven environments and researching regulations such as FCRA, E-Verify, and payroll withholding requirements.
  • Experience managing multiple enterprise implementations concurrently while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
  • Ability to translate requirements into engineering documentation and stay accountable through go-live and beyond.
  • Bonus: Experience with staffing, franchising, or high-volume hiring.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with WOTC processes, background check workflows, or state-specific employment regulations.
