Description

  • Act as the primary architect and administrator for Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Slack.
  • Lead the technical strategy for enterprise-wide SaaS adoption and optimization.
  • Drive the roadmap for AI-enabled capabilities across the collaboration ecosystem to improve productivity and workflow speed.
  • Administer, configure, and troubleshoot 30+ SaaS platforms across the broader application stack.
  • Use SaaS Management Platforms to track visibility, optimize licenses, and maintain system health.
  • Support and improve user lifecycle workflows, including onboarding and offboarding automation.
  • Conduct regular audits of SaaS environments to identify improvements, strengthen security, and optimize resource use.
  • Develop and maintain source-of-truth documentation for supported applications and processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior systems engineers.
  • Research technical problems and solutions with a high level of professionalism.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional IT systems experience in a fast-paced environment supporting a hybrid or distributed workforce.
  • Extensive hands-on experience administering and architecting Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Slack.
  • Experience using SaaS Management Platforms such as Productiv, Lumos, or Torii to manage a wide catalog of tools.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience using AI tools to increase engineering velocity and automate manual work.
  • Proficiency in Okta is a strong plus for identity governance and user lifecycle initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage and support 30+ SaaS platforms beyond the core stack.
  • Experience supporting infrastructure and automation teams without needing to own those domains.
  • Ability to learn quickly, work through technical details, and understand the products being supported.
  • Background in entrepreneurial, startup, or enterprise settings.
  • Experience providing high-touch, white-glove support to stakeholders is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $127,000 to $139,700 per year for the New York City office, with compensation adjusted by location and candidate experience.
