Description

  • Own the product roadmap and execution for the TPO business line.
  • Serve as the strategic product partner to major TPO providers and financing entities.
  • Drive product strategy for current partnerships while planning future residential expansion.
  • Research, validate, and build the product foundation for new business models such as direct-to-customer offerings.
  • Identify and evaluate adjacent residential energy market opportunities.
  • Work with Finance and Revenue Operations to develop and implement pricing models and financial structures.
  • Identify core friction points for customers and partners and design scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Operations to align product execution.
  • Understand the needs of homeowners, installers, and capital markets stakeholders.
  • Lead product decisions with a balance of urgency, scalability, and long-term platform growth.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of product management experience in a high-growth technology or renewable energy environment.
  • Deep expertise in the residential solar and/or energy storage industry.
  • Direct experience in product pricing strategy and revenue management.
  • Experience building and iterating complex financial models.
  • Demonstrated track record of taking products from concept to scale, especially in B2B or partner-led environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions and measure success.
  • Significant experience working directly with Third-Party Owners (TPOs) and large-scale solar financing entities is preferred.
  • Experience launching or scaling direct-to-consumer products in a regulated or complex industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with software platforms used by major financing providers in the solar space is preferred.
  • AI-native development experience and experience prototyping or building AI agents in tools like Replit and Claude Cowork is preferred.
  • An MBA or technical MS is preferred but not required.
