Description

  • Manage the full lifecycle of data products from ideation and development through deployment, optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Define and prioritize data product roadmaps based on business needs, technical feasibility, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Partner with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Analytics Specialists, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams.
  • Understand data architectures, ETL/ELT pipelines, integrations, and analytics platforms to inform product decisions.
  • Perform data profiling and analysis to identify patterns, relationships, and opportunities for value creation.
  • Define metrics, KPIs, and success criteria to measure product performance and impact.
  • Validate solutions with users and stakeholders to ensure business fit and expectations are met.
  • Foster a data-driven culture and support adoption of AI and automation in team workflows.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams while supporting the growth of professionals involved in data initiatives.

Requirements

  • Intermediate English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Previous experience in Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
  • Experience managing products, projects, or data-driven initiatives.
  • Strong value-based prioritization and risk management skills.
  • Strategic thinking, product mindset, and focus on business impact.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Team leadership experience or proven ability to lead complex initiatives.
  • Experience with data visualization and/or advanced analytics (preferred).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred).
  • Familiarity with project and product management tools (preferred).
  • Experience with AI initiatives applied to data products (preferred).
