Description

  • Own product or feature discovery and delivery end-to-end, rather than only managing a backlog.
  • Define and guide platform product work with an emphasis on back-end logic and API-driven integrations.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to assess technical feasibility and shape implementation approaches.
  • Analyze complex data sets to validate hypotheses, prioritize demands, and inform product decisions.
  • Bridge communication between technical teams and global business stakeholders.
  • Participate in client interactions and presentations to align expectations and progress.
  • Lead complex technical and domain discovery work independently, filling knowledge gaps as needed.
  • Support agile product delivery using modern product management tools and Scrum or Kanban practices.
  • Contribute to product strategy for an automotive technology partnership with international scope.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst, ideally in high-growth tech environments or platform products.
  • Track record of owning a product or feature end-to-end.
  • Strong background in platform products, back-end logic, and API-driven integrations.
  • Experience with DMS or other complex system integrations is a plus.
  • Deep experience collaborating with engineering teams on technical feasibility and implementation.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate unfamiliar domains autonomously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for technical and business audiences.
  • Solid knowledge of modern product management tools and Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Advanced or fluent English is mandatory.
  • Availability for international travel, including project kickoffs and workshops in the USA.
  • Knowledge or experience in the automotive industry, dealership management industry, or OEM integrations is preferred.
