Description

  • Create and maintain the team roadmap, milestones, and dependencies aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Define features, write product specifications, and drive products and features through execution to launch.
  • Facilitate user studies, iterate based on feedback, and partner with QA on test plans.
  • Manage the backlog and prioritize initiatives and projects, weighing key tradeoffs.
  • Interview and interact with customers to build empathy and ensure their needs are met.
  • Perform market research and analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Represent the team in communications with cross-functional partners.
  • Manage specific features within a product line.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, QA, compliance, and growth teams.

Requirements

  • Data-informed work style with a compassionate view of the user.
  • Passion for building customer-facing products and experiences.
  • Experience shipping and iterating on software or financial products at scale.
  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and results delivery.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Direct crypto and/or perpetuals build experience.
  • Knowledge of stocks, tokenized stocks, and options is a plus.
  • Domain knowledge in retail trading or gamification is preferred.
  • Demonstrable use of AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, or LibreChat with human-in-the-loop practices; required, not optional.
