Description

  • Lead the end-to-end integration of the Resolv technology platform with Australian technology and operational workflows.
  • Partner with leadership to identify technology initiatives that unlock new revenue streams and support business growth.
  • Perform hands-on software development for at least the first year as the initial engineering hire in Australia.
  • Translate technical roadmaps into clear business value for stakeholders across US and Australian teams.
  • Drive software internationalization for international markets, including localization, regulatory requirements, and region-specific technical needs.
  • Manage local technical projects and priorities with a high degree of autonomy while staying aligned with global engineering.
  • Build out and support the Australian engineering team as the business grows.
  • Champion a team culture grounded in dignity, respect, and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, tech-enabled service environment.
  • Strong background in modern software architecture and cloud platforms.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies as needed.
  • Preferred experience with AWS, Kotlin and/or Java, TypeScript, REST services, asynchronous messaging, SQL, Python, DataBricks, and AirTable.
  • Experience working with distributed teams or scaling US-based products into international markets, especially Australia.
  • Experience in renewable energy, IoT, or asset management is a plus.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
