Description

  • Own and govern the NetSuite ERP environment end to end, including system health, change control, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls across all subsidiaries.
  • Maintain saved searches, custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs for Finance and Leadership stakeholders.
  • Administer accounting period opens and closes and coordinate month-end and year-end system tasks.
  • Configure and maintain Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) for SaaS subscription revenue recognition.
  • Troubleshoot revenue recognition discrepancies across primary and secondary accounting books.
  • Administer multi-book accounting and monitor intercompany matching, elimination entries, and foreign exchange postings.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between NetSuite and billing, CRM, and payroll platforms.
  • Build saved searches, SuiteQL queries, and workflows to automate Finance operations.
  • Support Greek myDATA integration for VAT and fiscal reporting compliance.
  • Maintain change logs, system documentation, and control evidence for internal and external auditors.
  • Lead or participate in NetSuite improvement and implementation projects and evaluate SuiteApps or third-party tools.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
  • Proven experience with NetSuite OneWorld in a multi-subsidiary, multi-currency environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of NetSuite multi-book accounting.
  • Experience configuring the Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) module.
  • Proficiency in SuiteQL for custom reporting and data extraction.
  • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, including debits and credits, intercompany eliminations, and FX revaluation.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • SuiteScript 2.x experience for workflow automation and scripting is a plus.
  • Experience with IFRS 15 / ASC 606 revenue recognition in a SaaS context is a plus.
  • IFRS 16 lease accounting experience in NetSuite is a plus.
  • Fixed Asset Management (FAM) module experience is a plus.
  • Experience integrating NetSuite with billing platforms such as Nue, Zuora, or Salesforce CPQ is a plus.
  • Exposure to Greek myDATA or similar e-invoicing and fiscal reporting integrations is a plus.
  • NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification is a plus.
  • NetSuite SuiteAnalytics Workbook experience is a plus.
  • Background in enterprise SaaS or PE-backed technology environments is a plus.
