Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Sales on pricing, commercial terms, and complex deal structures.
  • Enforce and streamline the quote-to-contract approval process to ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Review order forms, contracts, and quotes for accuracy before they are sent to customers.
  • Ensure quotes meet minimum margin or MRR requirements and that discounting is properly justified.
  • Guide the sales team on correct product bundles, SKUs, mandatory add-ons, and pricing dependencies.
  • Identify and flag non-standard commercial requests such as custom payment terms, free trial clauses, and custom SLA commitments.
  • Reconcile technical scopes of work with commercial quotes to ensure consistency between presales and order forms.
  • Validate that selected SKUs are commercially accurate and technically consistent with opportunity constraints.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Sales reps using the CPQ environment and troubleshoot configuration errors.
  • Partner with RevOps to keep CPQ price books and discounting rules current, and improve processes to reduce sales-cycle friction.
  • Act as the regional deal desk liaison for strategic LATAM partners and support complex RFPs and open bids in the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Brazilian Portuguese is strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or revenue operations in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, pricing strategies, and contract management.
  • Hands-on experience with CPQ tools and Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to reconcile technical scopes of work with commercial quotes.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to resolve complex deal issues.
