Description

Diagnose complex product and business challenges and drive solutions from first principles to completion.
Build the data foundations for decision-making by defining metrics, running analyses, and surfacing insights.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery across product, engineering, compliance, and operations.
Design and implement scalable workflows and systems across RAG pipelines, reasoning systems, and agentic automation.
Work closely with founders and product leads to evolve the company vision and priorities.
Keep diverse workstreams moving in sync and ensure efficient execution across the product.
Translate strategic problems into clear plans, analyses, and operational actions.

Requirements

STEM degree.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to solve problems.
Ruthless prioritisation skills and exceptional organisation.
Experience building and running multi-functional workflows across RAG, reasoning, and agentic systems.
A team-first mindset with strong collaboration and no-blame communication.
2+ years of experience in the FinTech industry is preferred.
Experience working in regulated environments is preferred.
Experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up is preferred.
Track record of end-to-end project delivery is preferred.
Love to learn and be innately curious.
